Project Management

If you already have an idea then share it with us and we’ll help you bring it to life. If you require creative input and assistance with the planning and design process then equally we’ll be pleased to help. We’re great believers in getting ideas to work on paper first.  Accurately scaled plans and elevations are hugely important and should be created as early as possible in the planning process. If we don’t have the venue plans already on our CAD system, we can undertake a venue survey and create them.

Our service starts by fully understanding the client's brief then :-   Site Visits, Methods Statements, Venue Surveys Structural Calculations, Drafting Event Plans, Technical Layouts & Elevations, Technical Project Management, Equipment Specifying Warehousing, Logistical Planning Transportation Large Tail Lift Fleet, Budgeting, Equipment Installation and Removal, Risk Assessments, Equipment Operation.

Leave the equipment handling, installation and removal to our very experienced team of technicians. By choosing our installation service means that you can focus on your presentation instead.

Equipment Installation

We can create technical layouts and conceptual visuals for illustrating ideas. Using the latest CAD software means that we can bring ideas to life before the build. Design fee's may apply for stage and set design.​

Staging & Events Services FAQ

How long can we hire the staging and equipment for?

You can hire the staging and equipment for any period of time, we offer a 1-3 day hire cost, weekly costs and subsequent weeks for long term hire. If you are a large scale event, please get in touch for bespoke pricing. 

 

Do you offer delivery and setup services?

Yes, we offer an array of options that suit the project's needs such as delivery only, installation and removal or dry hire options, just let us know your requirements. 

 

Do you offer 24/7 set up and delivery service?

Yes, we can accommodate build and derig schedules outside of normal working hours and on weekends. We do charge additional for outside of normal hours, just let our team know your time requirements and we can quote for this. 

 

What is a Dry-Hire? 

A dry-hire is a customer collection and return option and self-set up/breakdown. You can collect and return to/from our Warehouse in Walsall between Mon-Fri 07:00 - 16:00. Suitable vehicles are required for collection, please enquire with the Project Team for stock weight and vehicle size requirements if you are choosing our dry-hire option.

We are based in the Midlands, the heart of the UK but can service all events throughout the UK and Europe. As we’re based in Walsall, West Midlands, travel and reach are never an issue across the UK.

Will Staging and Event Services assist in deciding where the stage should be placed on-site?

Yes, our team of specialists can advise and recommend best positioning of stage based on your requirements as well as stage dimensions. Please send as many venue and floor plan details as possible with your enquiry.

 

Can I view items before hiring?

We do not offer a visitors showroom. We can arrange bespoke viewings depending on current workload, please enquire with our team who will accommodate where possible. 


Can the Staging be branded? 

Yes, we can offer printed branding options for surface finish and elevation as well as back drop set panels if required. We also offer a variation of brandable furniture and LED furniture options. 

 

Do you sell your equipment? 

Yes we do offer manufacturing and purchase. Staging & Event Services offers a hire service of staging and furniture. However if you are looking to purchase our modular staging system, please visit our purchase website dedicated to ‘Event Deck’ www.event-deck.com 

 

How many stages do you have available to hire?

Our system is modular, so we can create a wide array of stage sizes and designs. We stock over 500+ decks in-house to create any size and shape. We can create any stage for you from a 2m x 2m stage up to a 1000 tiered seating structure. Our modular system offers fully customisable and bespoke design options. 

 

Do you offer Festival/Music Stages?

Yes we have festival stages with a canopy roof. They range from 6m x 3m up to a 10m x 7.5m stage. 

 

Do the Tiered Seating Price Guides on the website include all costs associated?

Our price guides on our website are for equipment hire costs only, transport and labour will be calculated in addition once you confirm your venue and dates/times with our team. 

 

Do you offer Outdoor Staging and Furniture?

Yes, we offer hexa-grip outdoor decks for any staging outside and a large option of outdoor furniture, including benches, tables, chairs and parasols etc. 

 

What are the payment terms? 

Once your quote is issued and you are happy with design and cost, we request payment in advance of delivery if you are not an account customer. 

 

Can I open an account with Staging Services?

We do offer accounts to clients who use us regularly, we do require a minimum spend and regular orders before we consider the account.
