Outdoor
Outdoor conference and exhibition builds require careful planning to ensure everything works in an open environment. We provide structures that can be adapted to suit the site, using custom elements to achieve the required layout while maintaining a consistent finish.
Projects such as outdoor corporate activations and public-facing exhibitions, including MotoFest Coventry, demonstrate how these environments can be delivered effectively. Conference Set Builds
In order to help you with ‘challenged’ conference budgets we have now put into stock a wide selection of ‘off the shelf’ stage set components which can easily be configured to create interesting and cost effective stage sets.
All flats are rigid and covered in materials to BS476 Part 7 – Class 1 rated. Flats are finished in white leather grain PVC alternatively flats can be covered in a fabric of your choice.
AV visuals
We work closely with AV and production teams to ensure the stage supports all visual elements within the event. Our builds are designed to accommodate LED screens, projection, and lighting, with layouts that maintain clear sightlines for the audience. From initial design through to delivery, we ensure every element is considered so that visuals, content, and staging work together as one.

Conference Sets
Conference stage sets can be designed and created in an endless array of differing forms. Initial thoughts should carefully consider the venue size and the size of the audience and plan from there. Taking the above into account, set heights, widths, the quantity and the size of projection apertures can easily be accommodated using our vast selection of set flats. Set colours can be introduced either by covering the set flats in coloured fabric or the interest can be introduced by using stage lighting. We can supply stage sets on a dry hire basis or with complete installation and removal.
Graphics
From simple Foamex conference graphics and directional signs to fully wrapped conference sets and backdrops – our talented creative team has the capability to design and produce both small and large format print at competitive prices. On a daily basis we create graphics and floor vinyl’s for conferences, road shows, product display plinths, product launches, catwalks, backdrops, themed events and exhibitions. AV & Lighting
For clients who require a complete presentational technical package and production services, we are able to provide a turnkey solution to include: the stage, the stage set, stage furniture, stage graphics, audio-visual and lighting.
We don’t dry hire audio visual equipment but we have in stock professional audio visual equipment for providing clients with clear sound and vision.
In addition to providing the specified AV hardware, we also provide the necessary, competent crew to design, install and operate the equipment during the event.
