Event-Deck is available for dry hire or as a full installation service. It is a metric system and fully height adjustable from 150mm upwards and fully customisable with a large range of accessories such as balustrade, treads and ramps.

Conference stages are designed to support presentations, panel discussions, and live content delivery, with careful attention to layout, sightlines, and overall finish. By combining modular platforms with custom infills, we build stages that fit the venue precisely and align with production requirements. In addition to the stage structure, we can integrate set panels, backdrops, and fully branded graphic wraps to create a cohesive environment that reflects your event’s identity.

Our Services
Design and Manufacture
Designed and manufactured exclusively by Staging and Event Services Ltd for extensive use in the live events arena. Deck shapes can be custom manufactured in both metric and imperial dimensions. Unique locking system ensures no height differential between adjoining decks, creating a safe, seamless, performing surface. Supports many accessories to enhance and further increase the flexibility of the system. Extremely compact with a deck thickness of only 85mm.
Stage Variations
Venues Catered for :- Conference halls, sports halls, exhibition halls, theatres, road-shows, marquees, shopping malls, outdoors, catwalks, seating tiers, viewing platforms, festival stages and exhibition super-floors. Easy to assemble and to create dynamic and interesting stage shapes at varying heights and inclines. Stage heights can easily be created by simply using the appropriate leg lengths. All modular shapes can be locked together and arranged in endless arrangements.
Build Quality
Very robust and well-engineered. 15 years of extensive use with original equipment still in use!15 years of successful field product development and ongoing. Timber edges protected by the aluminium stage frame. Stage legs manufactured from standard aluminium scaffold tube – very easily available nationwide. Standard scaffold fittings can be used for bracing stage legs as and when required. Decks and accessories available to both purchase and hire from Staging and Event Services Ltd.

Using our ‘Hexa Grip’ surfaced modular stage system, along with adjustable height legs and jacks for unlevel ground, we can build an outdoor raised stage. There’s no such thing as a standard outdoor stage.

Flexi Stage
We’re changing the shape of stage and raised platforms with Flexistage. An extrusion that provides you with the flexibility to build any shaped stage that you dare to imagine. It also allows stage builders to work around sensitive locations.
Off The Shelf Sizes
Currently, from stock, we have modular, circular stage kits ranging in diameter from 1m – 11m & 14.3m. Of course, the heights are fully adjustable across the entire range to suit. However, if you need a bespoke size we can help with that too!
Custom Made
CNC Machine In-House
As well as our full circular stages, we also provide other variations including semi-circle and quadrant stages. Like our other irregular shape stages, we can design stages in CAD to get accurate measurements for the infills to then be CNC machined to your specification.
