Tiered Seating Hire is an excellent option to offer a versatile solution for a variety of events, including classrooms, theatre productions, cabaret, and orchestras. Our tiered seating is designed to provide the optimum viewing platform for your audience, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience. With our service, you can be confident that your guests will have an unobstructed view of the stage, no matter where they are seated.

Our tiered seating structures are designed to improve visibility, increase capacity, and create a more engaging audience experience across a wide range of events. We provide scalable seating solutions from 50 up to 1500 people, suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments, with each build tailored to the specific venue and layout requirements.

Every structure is built to fit the space precisely, whether within large exhibition halls such as the NEC or ExCeL London, or more bespoke settings including schools, theatres, and TV productions. Finishes can be specified to suit the event, with options including carpet or vinyl surfaces, complemented by high-quality fascia detailing to achieve a clean, professional look. Safety is integral to every build, with black balustrade rails fitted as standard, along with a choice of seating options depending on the style and comfort required.

From corporate conferences to large-scale productions, our tiered seating is designed to enhance viewing angles and ensure every audience member has a clear line of sight, while maintaining a consistent finish that aligns with the overall event environment.

Our tiered seating system is built using Event-Deck staging modules. The system is available with or without interlocking chairs – we have a variety of chairs available. The below cost guides includes equipment hire costs only for a 1-3 day hire period. This consists of a standard set up including staging to construct the tiers, safety balustrade and plastic chairs as per quantities costed. Extras, including Stage Finish, such as Carpet and Valance are charged at additional cost if required.

Additional cost will be charged for Labour and Transport once we have full details to quote accurately.

Prices exclude VAT and are subject to confirmation of venue access, set-up and break-down times – costs may also be subject to site visits. The costs for outdoor tiered seating will vary depending on ground type, location and any stage cover requirements.
